About the Role

Compute is being traded as a commodity for the first time, and institutional demand has moved faster than the market expected. You will run OTC trade flow across our trading and data products and own coverage of the institutions entering the asset class.

What You'll Do

  • Lead institutional business development across hedge funds, banks, asset managers, data centers, and AI labs.


  • Run OTC trade flow end-to-end: pricing, negotiating, executing, settling, and post-trade support.


  • Commercialize Ornn Data products for benchmarking, hedging, and market visibility.


  • Develop market structure fluency and carry institutional conversations back to product and strategy teams.

What We're Looking For


Requirements

  • 2+ years in institutional sales, capital markets, derivatives, or structured products with sophisticated buyers.

  • Comfort negotiating OTC transactions and discussing trade mechanics, pricing, and risk with institutional buyers.

  • Commercial judgment, ownership, and comfort operating in a market where conventions are still being set.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Sales trading experience at a bank, broker-dealer, exchange, or electronic trading venue.

  • Experience selling benchmarks, indices, or market data products to institutional clients.

  • Existing relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, allocators, or institutional trading desks.


  • Background in commodity trading, or familiarity with AI infrastructure.
